One of her specialties is CRO (conversion rate optimization) which she uses to create a blended approach when helping her clients with site redesigns, layouts and A/B testing.

They start this process by auditing all areas of the site (technical, structural, on-page, off-page, analytics, etc) and then map out a project plan starting with the most critical issues.
