After watching friends succumb to poor health and cut down in the prime of their life. Dave Skattum knew he had to make some major changes in his life to see his dreams come true. After 10 years of grueling work, not only did he make some miraculous transformations, he also found his passion in life; To Help Men Take Steps Towards Good Health.

About Henry Kriegel

Henry Krieger is an activist and communications professional. A graduate of Columbia University, he has called Montana home for nearly 30 years. Previously, Henry owned a national marketing firm and hosted a talk radio show for 11 years.  Prior to moving to Montana, Henry spent five years as Executive Director of two organizations that advocated and provided medical and humanitarian relief to those suffering from man-made or natural disasters.  Inspired in large part by his parents’ legacy, Henry’s passion is promoting freedom and opportunity as the path to a better quality of life and the American Dream.  Henry enjoys hiking, fishing, photography, and basketball. Dave Skattum is a family man, a health guru and an inspirational speaker. Since then he has taken off 70 pounds, participates in Triathlons and Ultra Trail running, and has weaned himself off junk food.
