Nicole Hancock Husband is many things. She is a motivational speaker, a lawyer by day and a coach by night!
Nicole Husband is vice president of Human Resources for Warner Brothers Television, and the president of The Black Women Lawyers of Los Angeles for the 2015 – 2016 bar year.
Nicole decided to pursue training as a coach, and has since become a certified professional co-active coach. Although she had a fulfilling career practicing law for many years, she was looking for another way to connect with people.
Nicole graduated from the Howard University School of Law and Ohio State University.
African-American women entrepreneurs are the fastest-growing segment of entrepreneurs in the U.S., but have more difficulty and face unique challenges in becoming successful business owners. Lisa and Nicole discuss how Nicole navigated entrepreneurialism as a woman, how she built her business, the challenges she faced, how she got through difficult times and what she did to reach a level of success.
