Tracy is also one of 15 million Americans with food allergies. Combining her event planning experience and food allergies, she realized her expertise was needed amongst other people in the industry to understand how to save money, reduce waste and improve experiences with the food they offered.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Tracy speaks to groups in the U.S. and internationally. She is currently in the middle of writing a book which will be released later this year.
