Jack grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh as an Engineer. He then earned a Masters Degree in applied statistics from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and later became a Professional Engineer.
In 1980, Jack was nominated “Entrepreneur of the Year” in Orange County, California by Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch, and Inc. Magazine.
