Today we have with us Avrum Nadigel, author of Learning to Commit: The Best Time to Work on Your Marriage is When You’re Single.
Learning To Commit is Avrum’s attempt to share what he has learned as he tentatively walked toward commitment. The book’s message is a hopeful one: Your struggles are not meaningless, and you are capable of building a marriage that is far better than the ones you’ve seen so far.
Avrum has been a therapist for over 15 years in Montreal, Vancouver and Toronto. His approach combines family systems, psychodynamic and mindfulness perspectives.
