Lori is the Founder of Alzheimer’s Speaks, a Minnesota based advocacy company that provides education and support for those dealing with Alzheimer’s disease and/or other dementia and caregiving. Sharecare (Dr. Oz) named her the “#1 Influencer Online for Alzheimer’s in 2012. In 2013, she was appointed an International Ambassador for the Purple Angel Project, the new symbol for dementia. Her training programs are designed for people with memory loss, families, professionals as well as the public. She is a highly sought after speaker, trainer, and advocate for new delivery systems & attitudes towards those with memory loss. Her mission is to deliver programs, platforms and collaborations which shift care giving from crisis to comfort.
