Welcome to Episode 135 of Building My Legacy.
In this podcast, we hear about the latest challenge of Zack Boothe, an expert real estate investor and coach: Turning $1,000 into $40,000 — or more — in just 40 days. Zack left a successful window washing business to pursue his dream of real estate investing. After some initial setbacks he found a good coach and within two years made just under a half million dollars. He shares with us the story of his journey and how he eventually began teaching others how to make money in real estate wholesaling.
You’ll hear about a typical day for Zack in which he spends most of the morning cold calling and the middle of his day driving around neighborhoods looking for “the ugly house on the block.” Using an app called “Deal Machine,” he’s able to quickly get all the information he needs to contact each owner, work these deals and keep the leads coming in. Zack is passionate about sharing how easy it is to be successful once you implement a system that consistently produces discounted properties. Zack’s message of “going for your dreams” will resonate with entrepreneurs and anyone ready to build their legacy.
So if you want to know:
- The importance of giving away what you want to receive
- How to build relationships with cash buyers and investors
- Why it’s a mistake to try to figure out real estate investing on your own
- Why it’s not always the smartest person who’s the most successful
