Welcome to Episode 124 of Building My Legacy.

In this podcast we talk with Expressive Meditation coach Pragito Dove who works with a wide range of clients, many of whom are entrepreneurs. The meditation techniques Pragito uses are all designed to release physical stress, which in turn releases mental stress and ultimately emotional stress. When leaders do this, they develop a warmer, kinder, more compassionate energy. They also learn to accept themselves, so they can more easily accept others.

As a business owner herself, Pragito understands that, to help a business expand, the owner needs to expand, too. You can’t keep the same narrow way of thinking or old beliefs because you have to “roll with what’s happening.” This last year has been a great example of the need to pivot and come up with new creative ideas. The right meditation technique can help you be fully in the present rather than worrying about the past or the future. And, as a result, you can have a more open heart, a more open mind and become much more creative.

So if you want to know:

  • What meditation is and what it isn’t
  • How easy it can be to incorporate meditation into your workday
  • Ways to cope no matter how chaotic things get
  • Why listening to yourself first is necessary if you want to be able to listen to others
  • What creates stress and how it reduces your productivity
