Everyone talks about “boosting” your immune system (and that’s not a bad idea); but what about all the things we do on a daily basis that are impairing our immune system’s ability to function? It’s like boxing with one arm tied behind your back – you don’t really have a fighting chance!
The only way you can catch ANYTHING is by being a hospitable host. It all boils down to the simple idea that some environments are just more hospitable to germs than others – they invite them in, they make the comfortable, they make it easy for them to stay and give them no real reason to leave. So it makes sense that the best way to stay healthy is NOT to become a hospitable host! And that’s exactly what we’re discussing on today’s podcast.
