Marianna Penna is the CEO & Founder of WOW Women of Worth London, Human Personal Brand Creator, Podcaster, Public Speaker, Event Organiser, and G100 Italy Chair for Brand Creation & Marketing. With over 25 years of experience across Italy and the UK, she is a recognised voice in authentic marketing and personal brand creation.
 
As Partner at LEXeFISCAL LLP in London, she introduced a more human, relationship-led approach into a traditionally formal and performance-driven sector. She is also co-author of the Amazon Bestseller “Changemakers” (2025), where she presents personal branding as a “gem to craft” through her 7-step journey framework.
