Shawna was a million-dollar buyer in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. In 2008 she became particularly interested in buyer behavior, and helping salespeople understand them better. Today, she speaks to organizations that want to understand today’s evolving business customer better. Shawna says that “Salespeople are from Venus, buyers are definitely from Mars! Everything has changed, and we don’t buy the way we used to five years ago”.
