In this episode, Jeff discusses the REARview as an assessment tool for almost any situation.  Jeff describes looking for a new job and how the REARview is the perfect tool to leave no stone unturned.

Jeff walks through each step of the REARview applying each step to a job search. When you look for a job you need to Review your current situation, financial, and otherwise. Then you need to Examine some detail to determine what type of job is a good fit for you. Step three is where you adjust; make changes that will make your job search more successful.  Finally, step four wraps it all up for you as you determine a potentially new direction for your search efforts.  The REARview is simple, succinct, and it works!
