Jeff takes the next two episodes to help us plan for a successful 2021.  In this second part of the 12 for ‘21 Jeff introduces seven more essential tasks that any entrepreneur, business owner, and organizational leader need to address in order to prepare for a successful 2021. The first six essential tasks were introduced in episode 15, and they were (1) conduct a financial review, (2) dissect your gross revenues, (3) touch base with your inner circle, (4) conduct an inventory, (5) develop and finalize your plans for 2021, and (6) review your most significant resources (e.g. labor and/or supplies).
