During his 15 years with Toyota, Daniel studied the intricacies of their production system, culture and business practices. Since then he’s worked with the likes of Delta Faucet, Mercedes-Benz Truck and Honda, sharing the concepts found in his book – The “A3 Workbook: Unlock Your Problem Solving Mind” as well as his expertise as a Training Within Industry (TWI) Master Trainer. As a speaker he’s shared his insights at various conferences including two Shingo conferences.
