Charlotte serves her team by coaching and training her agents and by giving direction to her team business plan. After more than 30 years in real estate sales, she uses her experience to give sellers and buyers the best advice in the home sale process. After a 6-year career as a music teacher in the public school system, she began serving real estate clients in 1986. She is currently associated with and is an owner of Keller Williams at the Greater Downtown Realty location.
Charlotte holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designations as well as the CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designation for the National Home Builders Association. She was voted “Most Professional” by her peers and has sales in excess of half a Billion dollars in the Chattanooga and North Georgia area. Saturday mornings at 9:00 am one can find Charlotte live on WGOW Talk Radio as the “Chattanooga Real Estate Doctor”.
