Bonnie Wilson is a calm negotiator and you want her on your side in your real estate transactions.
Negotiating can be stressful even when everyone is well prepared. By staying calm and keeping everything in perspective the sale can go smoothly with all parties satisfied. I’ve learned to be very good at it.
Bonnie has become a master at organizing her time so that each and every one of her clients can be given her undivided attention while she is working with them. As a consumer advocate before becoming a Realtor she understands the true meaning of providing service and she has dedicated herself to maintaining the highest standard. Bonnie is particularly proud of her ability to understand a buyers’ needs such that she can edit the market on their behalf and successfully find those properties that will suit them to a T. A Realtor since 1985 she has developed a network of resources and excellent relationships with other sales agents to facilitate her work. Her patience and perseverance are evident from the beginning of the process until the final negotiations where her calm and steady approach assure a smooth transaction.
