Mike Rotondo is CEO of Tropical Smoothie Cafe (TSC). After serving as Vice President of Operations (2008 – 2010) and Chief Operating Officer (2010 – 2012), Mike was named CEO in August 2012. In this role, he is responsible for the brand’s strategic vision and overall franchise performance. Prior to joining the executive management team at TSC, Mike had a distinguished career in the quick-service restaurant and fast-casual segments. He has held key operations and sales leadership positions at The HoneyBaked Ham Company, Arby’s, and Wendy’s International.
