A Clear Lake area resident for over 30 years, he has been the top producer in listings and sales in his office for Coldwell Banker United, Realtors in the Clear Lake Area (Southeast Houston) for the last 3 years. Each of the last 5 years, he has closed over 50 transactions, representing buyers and sellers. In 2014, he closed more transactions for an individual in all of the offices for Coldwell Banker United, Realtors in Greater Houston (18 total); he closed 72 transactions.
He was named to the prestigious Next Generation Realtor Group, 20 stars under age 40 by the Houston Association of Realtors in 2015. He is a full-time agent who is there for his clients whenever needed. He is part of a real estate family, as his mom, Claudia Parr, has been a Broker-Associate for nearly 40 years, with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors and she works side by side assisting and helping him whenever needed.
