John Rula is a top-producing Realtor, Broker & Co-Owner of Latitude Realty Group based in Nashville, TN. He is actively involved in the brokerage, marketing, asset management, and investments of residential and commercial real estate. Prior to forming Latitude Realty Group in 2007, John worked for four years in Nashville’s investment banking industry, including one year with J.C. Bradford & Company and three years with Robert W. Baird & Company where he worked on buy- and sell-side acquisitions, IPOs, and other assignments. During that time, he completed over 40 assignments with an aggregate transaction value of $3.3 billion. In 2004, he formed Music City Investment Properties, LLC where he still helps homeowners and tenants in the Greater Nashville Area with all aspects of rental property management, including advertising, property showings, tenant background screening, leasing, rent collections, and property repairs.
