I work with Residential Buyers and Sellers, investors, vacation properties as well as REO properties.

Born in Poznan, Poland and raised in Illinois, Sylvia Blanchard moved to the mountains to earn her degree at Colorado State University – where she fell in love with The Centennial State.
After spending her time and energy enriching her adopted home as a social worker, Sylvia turned her passion for helping people into a successful, 15-year career in real estate, and now helps her clients realize their dreams while helping them avoid the all-too-common anxieties of the home-buying experience.

Sylvia now brings her extensive experience to the Momentum Home Team, where her unique touch blends perfectly.
A mother of three, when she’s not spending picturesque Colorado winters on a pair of skis, you can find Sylvia working with a number of local charities, or cheering on her beloved Denver Broncos from the mile-high stands.
