He first received his license in 1999 and earned his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) in 2004 and GRI in 2021. These designations require advanced training and at least 75 transactions (He has 400+). Brad holds a degree in Finance and follows economic reports and trends closely. As a long-time Douglas/Arapahoe County resident, he has experienced the cycles of the real estate market. Blessed to have found a good wife, he is a father, brother, skier, golfer, investor, homeowner, landlord, and traveler.
