Holly decided to follow her passion and career dreams and became a realtor in 2006, and then in 2007 she formed The Henbest Team. Prior to her career in real estate, she graduated from San Diego State University and enjoyed a career in Sales & Marketing with the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina, La Jolla Marriott, and La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club. She also worked for Remedy, a temporary staffing firm, where she managed a sales territory in San Diego and relocated to Arizona in 1996 to manage the Phoenix market.
She brings valuable skills and experience in sales, marketing, negotiation and customer service, and as a long-time resident of the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, she also provides valuable insight on the community and its neighboring areas. She believes in building client relationships based on trust, integrity, and timely communication, and is honored to serve her clients and help them achieve their real estate goals.
Since November, 2014, Holly has also been a featured Realtor “Expert” for the local NBC News Station, and does a weekly segment on the NBC 12News. In April 2016, she was named Top Agent by Top Agent Magazine, and she has received other awards and recognition from the Scottsdale Association of Realtors, Arizona Woman Magazine as well as the Phoenix Business Journal.
