Dawn Moore is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Allegiance Title Company in Dallas, Texas. Allegiance Title is one of the largest and fastest growing independent real estate title agencies in Texas with offices throughout North Texas and Houston. Dawn has been a leader in the Dallas’ legal and business community for over 30 years and has served the real estate and title industry in a variety of capacities. She was one of six lawyers appointed by the State Bar of Texas to the Texas Real Estate Commissions’ Broker/Lawyer Committee, which is responsible for writing the residential purchase/sale contracts used by real estate licensees statewide. She served in this position for twelve years.
Dawn also served as President for the Texas Land Title Association in 2014 – 2015. Dawn had the distinct honor in 1998 of being appointed by then Governor of Texas, George W. Bush, to chair of the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation, which financed thousands of units of affordable housing. Dawn is serving her third term as City Council Member for the City of University Park. She holds a B.S. in Economics, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University and receive the Distinguish Alumni Award for Corporate Service from SMU Law School in 2005.”
