David has had a strong career in the real estate industry for almost 10 years with professional members to (NAR), (CAR) and (SRAR). He was and still is trusted by many of the major banks in selling their assets during the REO boom, and in recent years he has made the shift to Luxury Sales. He utilizes top of the line marketing tools including, but not limited to, a professional photographer who takes incredible property photos which allows for stunning property marketing materials, a videographer who creates spectacular videos and virtual tours using aerial drones to capture not just the house but the surroundings as well, and a marketing director who creates custom flyers, brochures, ads, including international marketing. Also, David received 2014 Best of Trulia Top agent award and one of his listings was recently recognized by the LA Times.
David brings his team in on each listing to make sure that the property gets the exposure that it deserves.
