Delaine Campbell is an accomplished REALTOR® and an Associate Broker in Maryland, Virginia and D.C. She has been practicing real estate full-time for over 15 years and serves buyers and sellers around the DC Metro area and also in Deep Creek Lake, MD, a four season resort community just 3 hours West of D.C.

She is nearly a native to Old Town Alexandria having lived in or near here for nearly forty years. She has also lived in D.C. and Maryland. She is very familiar with many neighborhoods and the features and benefits of them including areas like Annapolis, Middleburg, Leesburg, and other historic towns, water oriented communities, and equine properties. She is very active in Old Town Alexandria.
Ms. Campbell has won many awards for her real estate success including Lifetime Top Producer, Top Producer, Zillow Premier Agent 5 Star Award, Montclair’s Who’s Who in Real Estate, Washingtonian’s Top 99 REALTORS®, RealtyTrac’s Top 5% Nationwide, and numerous other awards. She is a Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Agent, Resort Property Specialist, a Technology Pro (e-PRO). In 2015 she was selected by the Maryland Association of REALTORS® to participate in the coveted MAR Leadership Academy, from which she graduated in 2016. Only a few agents are selected for this program. Each year she participates in Lobby Day in Annapolis, where she holds personal visits with local Delegates and Senators to inform them about important legislation related to real estate, homeownership, and environmental concerns.
