Dominic Militello

Dominic Militello, a former Div 1 college and professional soccer player, is the Founder of Career Coaching for Athletes. After struggling for many years to find his new career identify after his professional athlete career, this was Dominic’s first attempt at entrepreneurship where he discovered a deep passion and determination to assist former athletes in career transition.

He has interviewed and worked with some of the most prominent athletes in the world including: 5-time World Boxing Champion Evander Holyfield and NFL Leading Rusher Maurice Jones Drew.

Dominic specializes in assisting top talent to effectively interact, interview and negotiate, at a very high level, within the extreme competitive marketplace. He is on a lifelong mission to change the job search social paradigm from a “job seeker to employer” process to a “brand to brand” process.
