Youtube Setup Checklist

• • You can set up a new YouTube Channel for your show immediately. Episodes submitted up to 15 days prior to the Channel set up will be syndicated to the YouTube Channel.
  • If you need to setup a new YouTube Channel for your Show go through the Create a channel with a business or other name steps first
  • Once your YouTube Channel is setup go to your channel and click the link at the top right and select the gear icon to open YouTube Settings.

• • In the Account Settings / Overview Page click the “Add or remove managers” link

• • Click on Manage Permission

• • Click the Invite New Users icon

• • On the Add new users screen select Manager from the Choose a role dropdown

• • Add ops@businessinnovatorsradio.com

• • After you have sent the invite go to Submission Support and open a ticket with the following info and we’ll add the new channel information to your production process within 48 hours.

Publish Directly to Channel (If the channel is dedicated to the podcast)
OR
Create a Playlist for this show (If the show will be added as a play list to an existing Channel)

• Once your show is live on YouTube enter the url in the “LISTEN ON” Links in the Manage Sidebar Tab for it to appear on your show sidebar.

• • IMPORTANT Verify the account so videos longer than 15 minutes can be uploaded.

Apple Podcast Setup Checklist

• Login to https://podcastsconnect.apple.com with the Apple ID you will be publishing the show through.
• If you or your client don’t have an Apple ID you can create one HERE
• Once logged in click the + sign to add a new podcast


• Enter the Show RSS Feed URL above and Click Validate


• If Status light is green check over your Feed Preview to make sure Cover Image and Show Information is correct then click Submit.


• Your Featured Show should be live on iTunes within 3 to 5 days
• Once your show is live on iTunes enter the url in the “LISTEN ON” Links in the Manage Sidebar Tab for it to appear on your show sidebar.

Google Podcast Setup Checklist

• • Once you have a few episodes published go to https://podcasts.google.com/ and search for your show name.

  

  • The search results will display your Show Cover Image and Show Information if it has been indexed. Click on the Show Title to take you to your episodes list. (If your show hasn’t been indexed within a week after publishing a few episodes contact support and we’ll look into it.

  

  • Once you are on the episodes list page, copy the feed URL from your browser.

  

  • Add your enter Google Podcast URL in the “LISTEN ON” Links in the Manage Sidebar Tab.

  

Tune-In Setup Checklist

• All shows submitted to TuneIn go through an approval proccess that can 1-10 days.
• Complete the TuneIn Submission Form to submit your show for approval.
• Enter the Show RSS Feed URL from above
• Use your 1400x1400px Show Cover Image as the Logo & Show Banner as the Banner Image
• TuneIn will email the address you provide when your show is approved or denied.

• Once your show is live on Stitcher enter the url in the “LISTEN ON” Links in the Manage Sidebar Tab for it to appear on your show sidebar.

Stitcher Setup Checklist

• Go to http://www.stitcher.com/content-providers.php and signup to be a Content Provider
• IMPORTANT! Don’t Signup at the top of the page. Go to the bottom under “Interested? Apply Today”


• IMPORTANT! Put the Show Name or Company Name for Provider Name. Do not put your name because it will appear in the URL for the show. For example “The ACME Marketing Show or ACME Media”


• Fill out your contact info and agree to the terms of service

• Enter your show details along with your Show RSS Feed URL


• Verify your Show Information and Submit Content Provider Application
• It can take 3-5 days for your application to be approved.
• Once your show is live on Stitcher enter the url in the “LISTEN ON” Links in the Manage Sidebar Tab for it to appear on your show sidebar.
