Randy Osei
Randy Osei, born to immigrant parents in Canada, always had a true passion for the game of basketball. After a couple injuries derailed his hoop dreams, Randy traded in his jersey to work in sports marketing. Randy became the brand manager for a Top 5 pick in the 2013 NBA Draft.
In 2015, Randy launched Rozaay Management a creative marketing and branding agency. Rozaay Management has grown into one of Canada’s most influential agencies, working with over 30+ brands, 60 media outlets, and over 150 professional athletes spanning the NBA, NFL, CFL, and MLS.
In 2019, Randy wanted to build a new bridge for athletes; life after sports using technology. Athlete Technology Summit was born and grew to begin building that bridge, but COVID-19 caused Randy to pivot, and shortly after Athlete Tech Group (ATG) was founded in 2021. ATG launched Training Ground, on demand micro learning in a centralized mobile friendly experience.
