Helen Williams
Helen is the CEO of HMW Sports, LLC and a College Basketball analyst. She helps coaches advance their careers by providing them with leadership and management tools that allow them to be more mindful, planful, and strategic with their professional development. Helen is the author of “Coach Like A Mother, A Guide For The 21st Century Sports Coach”. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Wake Forest University where she was a student-athlete and a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from Lenoir-Rhyne University. She has been involved with intercollegiate athletics at Division I, II, and III in coaching and administration for over three decades. Helen works as a color analyst for college basketball and hosts her weekly show “A Coach For The Coach; Connecting The Dots…” where she provides opportunities for coaches to learn, grow, and develop in the coaching profession.
