Allow 48-72 hours after submitting for your show to be live. (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, excluding U.S. holidays)
READ THIS BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR INTERVIEW! THERE WILL BE A $79 RETRACTION FEE PER EPISODE CHARGED IF YOU REQUIRE US TO RETRACT AN EPISODE THAT HAS BEEN SYNDICATED. EPISODES SYNDICATED TO iHEART RADIO CANNOT BE RETRACTED FROM THAT SITE.
- DO NOT Submit an Edited Version of a Radio Show That Has Already Been Published. If it is published on this site, it has already been syndicated out.
- Be sure to edit any dead air or pre-interview conversations from your audio file prior to submitting
- Image files MUST be .jpg files! We recommend 400×400 for best viewing results on BIR as well as sharing on social media. You can use the Guest Image Wizard to automatically crop / resize your image to 400×400.
- Do not copy and paste your Show Summary directly from Microsoft Word. Copy the text to a text file, check the formatting (remove extra lines between paragraphs, check for special characters), then copy from the text file into the Summary.
- Verify all links are working properly prior to submitting your episode
