Todd is the Director of Leadership at LifeWay and the co-host of the 5 Leadership Questions podcast. He served for several years in various pastoral roles before coming to LifeWay to develop Ministry Grid and head up the Leadership team. Todd earned his M.A. in Leadership from the Southern Baptist Seminary in Louisville, KY.
