Neil Barker is a senior recruiter based in Ottowa, Canada. After years in government contract recruiting, today he specializes in recruiting for the private sector – primarily IT, Engineering and Construction.
Past roles include tenures as an executive sourcer and search consultant, job developer, corporate recruiter and global HR manager. Neil spent over a decade in South Korea before returning to Canada in 2014.
