After spending two decades in pharmaceutical sales that included roles with GSK, J&J, Novartis, and Merck, Mike was eager to focus more on training and coaching.
Coincidentally and concurrently, his three adult children were trying to navigate the college application and job search process. After helping them, he began to lend his support to more college grads and millennials.
This led to the launch of his coaching practice and podcast, where he shows job seekers how to get hired in medical sales!
