Her career spanned several Fortune 500 technology companies including Adobe, CDW, Insight Enterprises, and US Cellular.
The BOLD Leadership and Success model she created removes the focus from weakness-fixing to taking each leader’s unique talents and turning them into strengths. She partners with companies around the globe to develop leaders and high performing teams through comprehensive development programs, group coaching, and 1:1 executive coaching.
Kim is an esteemed member of the Forbes Coaches Council and a frequent contributor on leadership and high performance teams. She was recently recognized by Vistage as Top Speaker for 2019.
