In addition to speaking on leadership, blended family life, and education, Joel is an award-winning high school teacher and soccer coach. He recently self-published a book called ‘Inverted Leadership: Lead Others Better By Forgetting About Yourself’, and he is also involved in helping teach leadership classes at Duke University’s Summer Studies program for gifted high school students.
