Jodi Davis is founder of JD Coaching & Consulting, an organization development firm that advises leaders of organizations, their leadership teams and key contributors to realize their full potential. She has more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership with large and mid-sized companies and in management consulting roles across industry sectors. She has served as a board member for five nonprofit organizations and as the Executive Director of a well-respected children’s healthcare agency.
