Wayne Winsley was raised by his great-grandmother, ended up in the child welfare system at age 13, and basically dropped out of school in 8th grade.
He was headed toward prison or death when an overheard message inspired him to strive for excellence. He graduated high school, served 2 tours in the U.S. Navy and had a 20 year career as a radio broadcaster.
Wayne is inspiring the next generation to pursue excellence as well.
