For more than 30 years, Sean has challenged the thinking of individuals and organizations; developed and executed innovative consulting tools, processes and leadership education that enable his clients’ success; and provided a unique perspective that challenges his clients to be their best. Sean has helped hundreds of clients to obtain the razor-sharp leading edge required to rise above in today’s ever-changing business environment.
What sets Sean apart? His vast experience helping companies like Perrier Group of America, Nucor and FedEx Supply Chain to succeed while undertaking challenging cultural transformations.
After graduating from Georgia Tech with a degree in Civil Engineering and later obtaining an MBA, Sean rose through the ranks of leadership at PG&E where he first observed how leaders could better lead in large, complex organizations. Sean completely restructured Georgia’s Callaway Gardens Resort, while acting as their COO, to create positive cash flow and guest experiences in just 18 months. As VP of Learning and Organizational Development for Perrier, he created a phenomenal team, culture, and processes that enabled the company to achieve dramatic growth (realizing a nearly $2 billion increase in sales) while competing against the best beverage companies, including Coca-Cola and Pepsi, in the world.
As a writer and speaker, Sean is keenly aware of the powerful way words can engage, inspire and inform people. His passion for transformation and change, his warmth and natural ability to put people at ease, combined with a wicked sense of humor, make Sean an unforgettable presenter.
When not on the road for business, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Sean is also an active board member with Fundy Gymnastics. When time and his knees allow, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors with plenty of skiing, boating, golfing and biking.
