Patrick co-founded Aperio Group in 1999, which became a leading investment management firm in customized indexing. Patrick was the Chief Investment Officer and CEO at Aperio until retirement in 2021. During that time the firm’s assets grew to $42 billion in assets managed. Prior to Aperio Patrick had been the Research Director and CFO at Morningstar.
