Nik started his sales and marketing career at the age of 18 as the youngest producing real estate agent in the city of Boston. After some very quick success, he took his sales and marketing talent to the mortgage industry.
He was awarded as a top mortgage executive in his rookie year placing him in the top 1% of mortgage executives before he turned 21.
He then continued his career re-building failing call centers in that space and managing more than $200k a month in advertising spend.
He then started his own financial services sales and marketing company in 2008 where he boot-strapped his company to more than 3 INC 5000 awards for fast-growing private companies in the United States and more than $50 million in revenue.
Nik loves working with top entrepreneurs and named his marketing agency REALTOP to emphasize his “No piker” policy when working with clients. It’s “dominate” or nothing at all for this clients!
