Donald White is a full-time teacher, author and lecturer. His latest book, “Always End with the Beginning in Mind: How Firms Remain Great After the Founder Exits”, was released in March and is a “how-to” on succession planning.

Mr. White has spoken in over 30 countries. His MDRT resume includes six breakout sessions, the First-timers keynote at the 2000 MDRT Annual Meeting in San Francisco, and two main platform talks—in 2014 in Toronto and the 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting.

Don is a “Legion of Honor Excalibur Knight” and former founding member of the Inner Circle Society of the MDRT Foundation. With over 30 MDRT qualifications, including 20 Top of the Table qualifications, he was considered one of the top financial advisors worldwide.

The proud father of Sydney and Reagan, twin girls from China, Don is an advocate for international adoption and a 15-year board member of Love without Boundaries Foundation aiding vulnerable children in Asia, Uganda and India.

His first and only wife, Grace, does all she can to keep him home with her and their kids, rather than out riding his bicycles, golfing, or snow skiing in the Rockies
