Dale is a former purchasing agent and convenience store manager. Has been in personal management since 1977 and promoted several employees to management positions. His are of expertise, over his career has included national awards for recruitment, training and retention of employees and being able to bring people together for the betterment of the organization. Building relationships is one of his strengths, as witnessed by his actions with non-profit, Serving Our Kids Foundation.

In conjunction with his executive roles, Dale has led successful fundraising and volunteer efforts. Since starting Serving Our Kids, with 20 meal bags, he has led the mission to achieve more than 4,500 weekly and produced more than 750,000 meal bags.
