Recently completing her 11th season in the WNBA, Renee Montgomery is a two-time WNBA Champion and current member of the Atlanta Dream. During the offseason, she has been an in-studio analyst/host for NBA TV, ESPN, and a Fox Sports South as well as serving as a host for Food Truck Diaries on WSB-TV. An experienced speaker, Montgomery has spoken on many esteemed panels such as USA Basketball, NBA’s Her Time To Play, and more. One of the staples of her foundation is the initiative “Let’s Go Pro,” where she introduces the community to sporting events in hopes to encourage kids to want to be active and presents the opportunity for adults to have a positive environment for family time.
A 2009 graduate of UConn, Montgomery led her collegiate team a 138-11 record and the 2008-09 NCAA Championship.
More recently, Montgomery is also an athlete for social justice and has been covered on many news platforms like Yahoo sports, The Players Tribune, and New York Times, to name a few.
