Bruce Hartman is the founder of Gideon Advisors, a consulting firm committed to “walking with people into the future” as they navigate life and career transitions and advance Christian values in the marketplace. A seasoned executive with 30 years of success creating shareholder value for Fortune 500 firms, he graduated in 2013 with a Master of Divinity from Drew University Theological School, earning the Daniel P. Kidder Award for the highest GPA in Pastoral Care. Committed to exploring and sharing the benefits of the intersection of Christianity, career, and leadership, Bruce is pursuing a doctorate degree in Ministry from Drew University. He lives in Chatham with his wife Connie and enjoys spending time with his four daughters and tackling an annual Triathlon and North Carolina Century Bike Ride.
