Brayand is not your typical success story. Growing up in a poor, dangerous part of LA, Brayand was not on the path to business success. He was just happy to have a roof over his head and safety around him. Thank to a disciplined upbringing from his immigrant parents, he finished high school and went in search of a better life. He sold whatever he could, door to door, business to business until he found the world of investment real estate and the rest is history in the making
