Justin Jackrel is the president and founder of Bintelli LLC, which most notably does business as citEcar Electric Vehicles and Bintelli Scooters. Just entered the powersports industry in 2000, being the first person in the USA to distribute gas scooters from China in the USA. Bintelli is a manufacturer and distributor of power sports products, with a focus on electric vehicles, gas powered motor scooters, and racing go karts. Headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, citEcar and Bintelli has dealerships around the USA and worldwide stocking and reselling the products that they produce. Notable customers include Google, Halliburton, and the US Navy. citEcar Electric Vehicles range from 2 – 29 passengers and are fully electric. Territories are still available in all 50 states for interested dealers. Seeing a need to improve the industry as a whole, in 2016, Jackrel developed the Flagship Program to aid young entrepreneurs in opening and running their own tier 1 powersport dealership. The new program has been a quick success with the first Flagship dealer already open and profitable with two more in the process of opening 2017 Q1.
