He brings a wealth of knowledge in Enterprise Risk Management, corporate & tax law, and patent strategy and has served on audit and compensation committees. Bob has served in executive leadership and board of director roles in Life Science organizations, including Aegis Analytical Corporation (acquired by Dassault Systemes), which developed Discoverant, the leading manufacturing informatics software for the Life Science sector.
